Easter is such a special time. We’ve got lots of services and events planned to help us journey through Holy Week to Easter Day. There is a range of events from quiet prayer to contemporary worship. We hope there will be something for everyone as we seek to experience the wonder of the Easter story.
2026 Holy Week Services
Palm Sunday 29th March
10am Holy Communion (in Church)
4pm Family Church at Four (in Parish Centre)
Holy Week Church Opening for quiet prayer (times tbc)
Monday 30th: 9-11am & 6.30-7.30pm
Tuesday 31st: 9-11am & 6.30-7.30pm
Wednesday 1st April: 9-11am & 6.30-7.30pm
(mid-week service at 10am in Parish Centre)
Thursday 2nd: 9-11am
Breathe Contemporary Service - 1st 7.45pm
Our monthly contemporary worship service, with music and prayer stations focused around Holy Week.
Maundy Thursday - Thursday 2nd April
Communion Service 7pm
Followed by Vigil (altar stripped bare, scriptures read and silence to reflect)
Good Friday - 3rd
9.30-11.30am Walk of Witness: start at Parish Centre. Walking route: to Marton Shops (c.10am), along Gunnergate Lane through to Parkway Centre stopping outside Tesco (c.10.40), through Fairy Dell back to the Parish Centre. Join us for all or part of it.
Hot cross buns to end.
12-3pm. Meditations at the Cross 12-3pm Broken into 15-20 minute chunks with scripture, reflections and silence. Come for as short or long as you are able to.

10am - Easter Holy Communion
4pm - Family Church at Four (Parish Centre)
